Breath is such an important part of our everyday lives, and sadly it is something we can forget to to do.
I am a board-certified and state-licensed Athletic and Rehab Trainer and my goal has always been to assist in a patient's happiness and well being. Everyone is different, and as such I make it a point to target areas that require strengthening and instruction using dynamic neuromuscular stabilization. This focuses on using the diaphragm and breath to improve posture, quality of exercises, and core stabilization. Building fortified walls around a solid frame is the trick.
